Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Caff Conscious ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Caff Conscious.

Subscription Terms

Caff Conscious Pro is available as an auto-renewable annual subscription. The following terms apply to all subscription purchases:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. On your device, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
• Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not possible once the subscription has been charged.
• If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime Purchase

Caff Conscious Pro is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all current Pro features at the time of purchase. Future features may require a separate upgrade. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Use of the App

Caff Conscious is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. The caffeine data and information provided by this App does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding caffeine consumption or any medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information provided by this App.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property in Caff Conscious are owned by or licensed to Caff Conscious. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the App without express written permission. The App uses caffeine data sourced from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, which are used under their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caff Conscious and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
